Seller-Managed Shipping
- Sellers are responsible for packing, shipping, and delivering the right product to customers.
- Sellers need to choose their preferred courier partner or any other local delivery method.
- Sellers need to ensure timely dispatch and delivery to maintain positive customer relations.
Shipping Costs and Charges
- Shipping costs are determined by the seller and should be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- You may offer free shipping or charge based on location and delivery service used.
- Any dispute regarding shipping and shipping charges should be resolved between the seller and buyer.
Order Processing and Dispatching Time
- Sellers must process and dispatch the products within 3 to 7 days after the order is received.
- Any delays must be communicated promptly to customers to ensure transparency.
Tracking and Updates
- Sellers are encouraged to share tracking details with the customers.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring safe and secure packaging.
- In the event of lost or damaged items during transit, the seller must coordinate with the chosen courier service resolution.
- If a delay occurs, the seller should inform buyers and provide necessary support.
Return and Refund Related to Shipping
- If a product is undelivered due to incorrect address details, it is the seller’s responsibility to offer a refund or reship the product.
Illegal or Prohibited Items
- It is not allowed to sell or buy any illegal or prohibited items on the platform. If someone is found doing so, the seller will be removed and banned from the platform, and legal action will be taken as per the law.
- If a buyer or seller is found to be shipping or requesting illegal or prohibited items, it is solely their responsibility to handle any legal consequences.
- Our platform is not liable for any disputes, legal actions, or penalties related to such transactions. We only facilitate the connection between buyer and seller. We do not take any responsibility for the product, nature, legality, or condition of items being shipped.
